At the Groenkol Rooibos Estate outside Clanwilliam, a specialized tractos filngs the wet and fermented Rooibos out onto the flat cement slab in the early morning. The tea was left to ferment overnight, and is now spread out to dry in the hot African sunshine. Copyright Jeffrey Barbee
