Also the founder of the company, Engelbrecht holds a B.Sc.Agric degree from the University of Stellenbosch. His responsibilities include general management, product development and strategic planning. Coetzee has chalked up 25 years of experience of marketing and sales in the corporate environment. He is in charge of product marketing, sales and distribution. His philosophy centres around the belief that customer service should enjoy pre-eminence and that long term business relationships should be forged with clients.

Engelbrecht (sr.) is considered as a true pioneer in the rooibos tea industry, and has received numerous awards for his developmental contributions in this field. For the last 35 years, he has been involved in the production and processing of rooibos tea. He is a firm believer in hands-on quality control throughout the whole production cycle.
